Design & Build
One team, concept through to completion
Our Design & Build service brings planning, design and construction together through one collaborative process. Working alongside architects, consultants and industry professionals, we guide projects from concept through to completion, creating a seamless experience while aligning design, budget and buildability from the outset.
What This Service Covers
Collaborative Design Process
We're involved from the earliest design conversations, not brought in once plans are finished, meaning buildability and budget are part of the conversation from day one, not a surprise further down the track.
Designer & Consultant Coordination
We bring together a trusted team of designers and consultants, coordinating each stage from initial concepts and documentation through to approvals, construction and ultimately bringing the plans to life.
Budget & Buildability Alignment
Great design still has to work within a real budget. With the builder involved from the outset, we help keep design ambitions, construction requirements and budget aligned before the project moves into the build.
Coordinated Approvals Process
We coordinate the required consultants, documentation and approval pathway for your project, helping keep each stage connected and considered before construction begins.
One Team, Concept to Completion
Rather than managing designers, consultants and builders separately, you have one team guiding the entire project. From the first design conversations through to construction and final handover, Oak and Ocean Building remains your single point of contact.
This service suits clients who are still in the early planning stages and want design and construction working together from the outset, rather than engaging an architect first and a builder later.
