We work with clients across the Tweed Coast, Northern Rivers and Southern Gold Coast, including Kingscliff, Terranora, Cabarita Beach, Tweed Heads, Currumbin, Tallebudgera and many more. If your project is located outside these areas, please get in touch, as we also consider select projects further afield.

The Building Process
Once you've completed our enquiry form, we'll review your project and be in touch to arrange an initial conversation. From there, we'll guide you through the next steps based on your project's scope, timeline and stage of planning.
Yes. Casey will be your main point of contact throughout the build and is actively involved in the day-to-day running of your project. This means communication stays direct, personal and connected to what's happening on site.
Communication is an important part of every project. We provide regular updates throughout construction and use a dedicated client portal where you can access schedules, documents, selections, variations and project progress.
Yes. We understand ideas can evolve throughout the building process. Any variations are discussed with you before work proceeds so you can make informed decisions about timeframes and costs.
Quality & Warranty
Yes. Oak and Ocean Building is fully licensed in both New South Wales and Queensland and carries all required insurances, including Home Warranty Insurance where applicable.
