Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation about your project, your goals and what matters most to you, beginning with our online consultation brief, followed by a phone or in-person conversation to dig deeper into the detail.
Design & Approval
Depending on your project and where you're starting from, this stage may involve working with an architect and consultants to develop a design, or moving straight into council approval if plans are already in place. We'll guide you through exactly what's required for your specific project.
Contract & Pricing
Once design and approval are finalised, we prepare a contract tailored to your project, outlining scope, inclusions and payment structure specific to your build. Every project is priced and contracted on its own terms, so this is set out clearly with you before work begins.
Construction
During construction, we keep you informed through regular updates and clear communication, so you always know what's happening and what's coming next.
Handover & Aftercare
At handover, we walk you through your completed project and remain on hand to support you after completion.
